TPS Outing Tuesday 28th June

TPS Outing Tuesday 28th June
Hi Folks,
This Tuesday we will be heading to Killiney for our weekly outing. Killiney Hill is the southernmost of the two hills which form the southern boundary of Dublin Bay. Crowned by an obelisk the hill is 153 metres high and offers beautiful views over the surrounding areas.
There will be plenty of great photo opportunities. White Rock is a rocky beach that is good for seascapes and if you climb Killiney Hill you get great views looking towards Bray Head and Killiney Bay.
Peregrine Falcons nest on the cliffs or in the quarry behind Killiney Hill and can be seen soaring high above the hill. Dolphins can also be seen in Killiney Bay so if you have binoculars you could bring them along.
We meet at Molloys car park at 7.30 sharp.
See you then
Neil
