The Irish Photographic Federation awards distinctions on three levels – Licentiate, Associate and Fellow, in ascending order.
The Licentiate is the first of these levels and requires a panel of ten images to be presented. The panel may be general subject matter or in a specialist category and must demonstrate competence in key areas of camera skill.
We will look at what makes a successful panel and how a panel should be displayed and also highlight some areas that might cause a panel to fail.
Just a quick note regarding images for the shield competition.
We still need novice & intermediate members images for the National Shield the closing date for which is later this month. Can novice & intermediate please bring along images (B&W and Colour) on Tuesday evening as we had planned for the inter club as we still need them for the shield.
