Well, summer is coming to an end and we had a fantastic turn outmembers of the Tallaght Photographic Society (plus new members) this year, but this will be our last summer outing before we are back to our Tuesday evening meetings, so we would like to see as many members (old and new) as possible at our last outing.

This Tuesday 27th August is another treat for you. We are going to
have another Barbecue with some sausages and burgers for you. We will
also putting on a display of steel wool photography, and other light
sources. If you have any led lights or any sort of light (torch,
laser) that will light up, please bring them along with you.

If you are coming on the outing this Tuesday can you just sent me a
email or text to say you are coming so we have a rough number sausages
and burgers to get.

If you are going straight and want to meet us out – take the R115
(Kilakee Road/ Old Military Road) and carry on pass the Hellfire club.
After the Hellfire club their is a car park on the right, and that is
where we will be.

We will meet in Molloy’s car park for 7:30pm start (so don’t be late).
Prepare for the weather and don’t forget your camera!
On the 3rd September we will be holding our meetings in the Maldron Hotel.
The meetings will start at 8.00pm (Membership renewal forms are attached)
On the first night is the one-shot competition night and the theme for
this is “Stretch”. You can bring your photo on the night or send it in by email.
John Sexton will be judging the one-shot and the win picks the next
months theme and also judges the next month.

Don’t forget the TPS International Salon of Photographic Art 2013. The closing date for acceptance of entries is 26th September 2013.
