TPS International Salon of Photographic Art 2015 – Exhibition Launch

A very happy New Year to all of our members and friends.  Here’s hoping that you have all had a terrific Christmas and are looking forward to a 2016 filled with happiness and great photography!

We’re kicking off 2016 this coming Tuesday, January 5th with the launch of the Tallaght Photographic Society International Salon of Photographic Art Exhibition at the County Library in Tallaght from 7.30pm.  This exhibition will feature photographs and images entered into 2015’s competition from photographers all over the world.  The winners of the Salon will also be announced and awards presented on the night.

This is the 25th year that the TPS Salon has been running and is the oldest international photographic competition of its kind in Ireland.

We are back in the Maldron Hotel on Tuesday, January 12th for our first meeting of the new year.  January 12th is entry night for our fun one shot competition.  January’s theme is “Trees” and the entries will be judged by December’s winner, Paddy Sayers.  The winner of the Trees competition will choose the theme for February!
