This Tuesday, August 4th, the TPS outing is to Lough Bray near Glencree in Wicklow. Lough Bray is a great example of a corrie lake just a short drive into the Wicklow Mountains!
Nearby is the small village of Glencree which is home to a World War II German military graveyard – well worth a visit!
As usual, meet in Molloy’s car park at 7.30pm sharp! There may be midges, so insect repellent may come in handy and don’t forget your camera!
Hook Head and its world famous light house in Wexford will be the destination for August’s day trip. This will take place on Sunday, August 30th just before we begin our club meetings again in September!
