April 19th – Guest Speaker and League Entry Night

We have a special guest speaker this Tuesday, April 19th – photographer Babs Daly with be showing us her images and talking about her work.  Babs takes wonderful photographs, especially creative studio and model photography.  You can see Babs’ images on her website www.babsdaly.com or on her popular Facebook page, GracePhotography.

It is also entry night again for our monthly league competition.  Entries can include one colour print, one monochrome print and one projected/digital image.  Prints should be no smaller than 10 x 8 inches and mounted on mounting board no larger than 20 x 16 inches (mounting board available from the TPS a €1.50 each).  Projected/digital images should be resized to 240 dpi and 1200 pixels on the longest side.

Congratulations again to member Maureen Hastings on winning this month’s “Movie” themed one shot competition.  Maureen has chosen “Buddies” as the theme for May’s one shot competition.  Looking forward to seeing your interpretations of “Buddies” on Tuesday, May 3rd!
